Cheek implants are a great way to volumize the midface/ cheek area. The implants sit directly on the cheek bone, however. Thus the hollowing and sagging from tooth loss isn't ideally remedied by a cheek implant. I would recommend that you seek a consultation to discuss your options. It is possible that dental implants might be the best option for you but more specific advice can be provided at your consultation.
