cheeks they generally refer to roundness and fullness in the middle part of
their cheek. This will obscure a strong
jawline and weaken the appearance of a high cheekbone sweep. There are many options for this
condition. Depending on your age, one
option is a simple non-surgical volume shaping using products like Juvederm
Voluma or even fat grafting alone in the high cheekbones and jawline to
accentuate these areas. Other options
include cheekbone implants and jawline implants to strengthen the region with a
through the mouth removal of some of the fat in the mid-cheek called the buccal
fat pad reduction. If the fat is even
lower than the mid-cheek or buccal space an endoscopic mid-face lift will help
reposition the cheek higher on the cheekbone, malar and mid-face and cheek
sweep.

As one ages and the cheek fat pad descends sometimes mid face
lifting and/or face lifting is the best solution. These can combine with other treatments such
as skin tightening, fractional resurfacing or even suture or thread suspension.
