Facial asymmetry is actually the rule and not the exception with the majority of my patients. Even the most attractive models and movie stars have facial asymmetries. This is natural. In looking at your face I see the normal variation in facial symmetry but not prominent enough for any sort of procedure. Your face is fairly close to full growth but I still wouldn't recommend anything after full growth. Best Regards
This is common and you will likely grow into your face. Fillers or implants can be used to make the face more symmetrical but my suggestion is to not worry so much about that right now till you are more fully grown and mature. Best, Dr. Emer.
It is common for both sides of the face not to be exactly alike. While you will notice the difference because you see your face more than anyone else, a casual observer would most likely not notice any difference at all. The asymmetry of your face is fairly mild and I would not recommend any treatment at your current age of 15 because there will likely be some changes as you age. Later in life, if this issue still bothers you, it is possible that injectable fillers could be used to help even the sides out.

Thank you for your question. In my opinion, if my patient has a round face and would like a more chiseled look with well defines jawline and accentuation of the cheek area then buccal fat pad removal is good option. It can be done in the office through a very small incision on the inside of...
As you said, having fat in the face is essential to aging gracefully. As you get older you lose the fat, your body produces less and less collagen and the muscle structure of your face begins to change and eventually gravity takes hold. I know now you may feel a little self conscious about your...
