Can the medial canthi be pulled inward by removing some skin between the eyes for a tightening effect? (Photo)

I am a 21 year old Caucasian male, and I notice that when I pinch the skin over my nose, my caruncles become visible. I have narrow eyes, so this is a result that I am seeking. Is there surgery that could replicate this? How about removing some excess skin between the eyes, such as over the nose bridge? Theoretically, this could stretch the skin between the eyes, pulling the skin over the inner corners of the eyes closer together. Would this work? If not, why not, and are there any alternatives?
