It is impossible to give you good advice without a series of good photos and in-person evaluation. One may consider cheek/periorbital augmentation with cheek implants and fat grafting. You will need a consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon with some craniofacial surgery experience. Good luck.

The first step would be to get an assessment to see if you have true exophthalmos or not. This is best done by visiting an ophthalmologist in your area.
You could also go directly to an oculoplastic surgeon who are ophthalmologist with specialty oculoplastic surgery training.
Facial aesthetics are ultimately primarily dependent on facial, skeletal structure.
It’s usually not a soft tissue issue, but rather how the formation of the maxilla and other bones around the orbit were formed during embryological development.
