The amount of scar tissue inside the nose after a PDO threadlift will actually intensify as more time passes with the large amount of suture material in your nose, then recuperate as an even greater amount of time passes. At 8 months, the threads may still partially remain intact with a moderate amount of inflammatory reaction surrounding them, making it fairly straightforward for an experienced Asian rhinoplasty specialist to safely remove them and reconstruct your nose.

With that being said eight months is fine to do a surgery after thread placement. It is certainly acceptable to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure after PDO threads eight months ago. There will just be scar tissue present in the nose, so it's important to choose a rhinoplasty specialist wisely based on extensive experience. Study your prospective surgeon's rhinoplasty photo gallery, which should be extensive with natural results that you like. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful as well to see what your new nose would look like upon your facial features.
