Hi Doctors, 30M here. I'm 3 months post facial fat transfer, and I'm not happy with the result. My face was a bit narrow and deflated. My surgeon and I agreed on the plan to put 10cc on each cheek to give me a baby face. But after healing, my face is puffy, bulkier and wider. This makes my face more muscular, which is not what I wanted. Do I need to wait for more time before I get any treatment to get rid of the fat? Will waiting longer make it difficult to remove/reduce the fat graft?
