Thank you for your question photo. Liposuction with micro cannulas can remove fat from the face. This is generally a safe procedure when performed in skilled hands.

There is no easy way to remove grafted fat in the face. Liposuction is probably the only option and it does have some risks involved. liposuction can also not differentiate removing your native fat versus grafted fat.

The person who did your procedure is the one responsible for your outcome so that is the person you should be talking to.

Otherwise you’ll just need to continue having consultations until you find someone willing to do the procedure for you if you are willing to take the risk.

I tried to steer people away from facial fat transfer because it is as someone recrued unpredictable and em precise procedure especially compared to fillers which are very forgiving.

Patients should at a minimum start with fillers so that they know they Will like the look of having at at volume in the area they want augmented.
