I had upper cheek fat transfer to my face last year and I feel they are puffy and would like them to be reduced. Mainly on one side as I feel there is asymmetry have read that after4 months what is left is then permanent. I have seen a few people but most are scared to try anything as they state there is too many nerves etc to try lipo. can anyone tell me what is the best way at to reduce fat transfer to the cheeks? I don’t even need that much reduced just mainly on one side
