Yes, you should certainly know where your fat will be taken. 90 pounds is certainly thin. However, it is possible you have enough fat for the transfer. Of course it depends on where your fat is stored and how much will need to be injected. You should also know where the incisions will be made for the fat harvesting.

Unless you’re absolutely sad and having this provider do your procedure I suggest all patients have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with the procedure you’re interested in.

I would think and someone who is very thin discussing where fat will be harvested from would be an important part of the consultation if someone is thorough and detail oriented.
