I have tried filler, but because I have allergies it was constantly swollen. I do not need lower blepharoplasty as I don't have any fat bags, but am having a hard time finding a doctor that does fat transfer only.

I'm a fan of nanofat grating around the eyes. It is more for skin rejuvenation than volume, and so a small amount of fat grafting to the tear troughs can be done. It is best to do a little bit and then add to it if needed.
