I do  not believe there are any non-invasive procedures for a thigh lift. We are usually working with excess skin and against gravity. Skin usually has to be removed, in conjunction with liposuction for further sculpting, to get improvement of thigh contour.

There are two options to consider that may be an alternative for a thigh lift.  These procedures are for those with mild to moderate skin laxity.  BodyTite uses RF technology both above and just below the skin surface to tighten skin and melt fat.  It is minimally invasive and requires no general anesthesia.  Morpheus8 is a treatment option that addresses overall skin tone and texture.  It can be used on its own or in conjunction with BodyTite.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

There are no non-invasive, thigh lift procedures that I am aware of.
Anybody trying to sell you a thigh lift that is non-surgical is probably not being particularly honest.
Even as a surgical procedure, a thigh lift doesn’t have the greatest patient satisfaction though when done correctly for individuals who are good candidates, it can be a decent procedure.
To get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options, I suggest having a few in person consultations with local plastic surgeons.
