The best and most recommended option for addressing the indentations is fat transfer. In this procedure, fat can be harvested from areas such as your abdomen, love handles, or lower back. The fat is then processed and purified before being injected into the areas of indentation, particularly in your inner or medial thigh. Fat transfer is often the most effective solution for smoothing out indentations, providing more natural-looking results.

An alternative option would be to consider a revision of your thigh lift. This would involve removing additional excess skin and fat from above and below the area of indentation to even out the contour. However, many plastic surgeons agree that this is not the ideal solution compared to fat transfer, as it might not achieve as smooth or natural of a result.

Most plastic surgeons would agree that fat transfer offers the best chance of improving the appearance of your thighs and correcting the indent. It’s a minimally invasive approach that can provide long-lasting results.

One technique would be to do fat transfer to that area and perhaps aspiration of fat to the surrounding areas to make it look more uniform.

A fat transfer can be done to help fill in the dents. You may need more than one transfer since only so much fat can be placed in that area at one time.

An evaluation of the inner thigh is needed for the best recommendation. Contour with fat grafting will likely improve your results. A scar revision may also be indicated. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

To give you a quality answer we need to make a quality assessment, and I don’t think pictures is sufficient to do that. It would be important to know if you have liposuction in conjunction with the thigh lift either at the same time or as a separate procedure. it may be possible to move skin that has thicker layers of subcutaneous fat into that area to improve the contour. Fat transfer may be possible but the success of that depends on a multitude of different variables. In your case, I think you’ll be far better off with in person, consultations, rather than virtual consuls, or posting on this website.
For those who suggest treating this with Liposuction and fat transfer, I suggest vetting providers, carefully asking to see a sufficient number of before, and after pictures of other work, they’ve done.
