Based on the pictures you have provided, you have minimal skin laxity and some excess fat. I believe liposuction would be the most appropriate option. For some patients if there is a lot of skin or a lot of laxity then a Brachioplasty or Arm Lift is needed but that involves scars. The standard technique is a long scar that extends from the elbow all the way to the armpit but sometimes a short scar technique which hides the scar within the armpit can be used.
