I tried posting my photos in my last question but they didn’t go through. If these do they will be related to my prior question about liposuction of the flab on my arms.

Usually the arm "bat wing" or "flab" as you have described is a combination of excess skin and fat. The best solution would include liposuction combined with an excisional procedure (this is called a brachioplasty). I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with experience in aesthetic surgery.

Thank you for sharing your photo. It looks like you have certain amount of excess fat and minimal skin laxity. The best way to address this would be by having a liposuction or non-surgical skin tightening treatment. These procedures are done under local anesthetic and involve using ultrasound energy to break down the fat cells and tighten the skin. They are very safe and effective. However, you will require multiple sessions over several weeks to achieve the desired results.
If you are considering liposuction, we recommend you to research and discuss with a leading plastic surgeon. Also, when you take second opinion from another expert, make sure that he/she is well-qualified and experienced enough to provide you with the best advice. During the consultation, share your pictures and also ask questions regarding the procedure. This will help you understand what exactly you are going to undergo.
If the surgeon has experience and expertise in liposuction, request to share before and after images of other patients who underwent the same procedure as yours. This will give you a fair idea of how good the outcome will look like. We hope this helps.

Based on the pictures you have provided, you have minimal skin laxity and some excess fat. I believe liposuction would be the most appropriate option. For some patients if there is a lot of skin or a lot of laxity then a Brachioplasty or Arm Lift is needed but that involves scars. The standard technique is a long scar that extends from the elbow all the way to the armpit but sometimes a short scar technique which hides the scar within the armpit can be used.

Luckily it appears that you would be most suitable for Liposuction which just has a couple needle holes associated with it.

Hello and thank you for your questions and your photos. Based on your pictures you do not seem to have much loose skin that would warrant an arm lift. Perhaps a non surgical skin tightening procedure will benefit you the most. I recommend you consult with a board certified/eligible plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring who can provide you with some options.

Typically well done Liposuction is the best option for reducing arm size but it’s important to clearly differentiate the impact that skin laxity has versus subcutaneous fat.
The way you describe your arms it sounds like skin laxity is was bothering you more than overall farm size which is what will be reduced with Liposuction.
I have little faith body tight will deliver anything more than what can be obtain by Liposuction alone.
During consultations they teach patients to differentiate difference between skin laxity and subcutaneous fat. For example, if you don’t care for the way your arms present with your arms stretched out then this is mostly related to how to skin drapes and treating that requires a skin tightening procedure. If on the other hand you feel like your arms are too large and lack definition with your arms in the down position and Liposuction can help. 
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe including providers.
For anyone considering arm liposuction they would encourage a thorough search to find the most talented and experienced provider.
Liposuction results are permanent and irreversible.
Find the most experienced and talented provider I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations. During consultations to ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures forearm results.
An experienced provider should be able to show you a minimum of 30 sets of before and after pictures. Highly experience providers will have hundreds to choose from. Ask the provider to show you examples of patients with similar body characteristics to your own in the before pictures.
Simply being a few pre-selected pictures which most likely represent the best result of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like for each provider.
Doing arm liposuction can be technically difficult and requires substantial experience to not leave patients with contour irregularities.
I also recommend reading all reviews on various position review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important than more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
Despite hype and marketing I do not believe there is any adjuvant device that actually delivers quality skin tightening. This includes laser assistance, VASER, bodytite and jPlasma a.k.a. Renuvion. 
Well done Liposuction is your best option though the skin contraction from this procedure is limited. You do not have enough skin laxity to warrant an arm lift in my opinion.
Also from what I see your arms are perfectly normal, attractive and I see no reason why you should not proudly wear short sleeved clothing.
I look at naked women’s bodies for a living and have seen a lot of arms. i’ve done over 8000 liposuction procedures in the last 25 years. The last 10 years of my practice has been devoted exclusively to only doing liposuction and fat transfer procedures. I feel a lot of patients who would be thrilled to have your arms as an outcome of a liposuction procedure the way they are now.
In the end provider selection is the single most important variable.
