Without knowing what you had injected we cannot properly answer your question. If you had silicon injections then you should not have liposuction in the same area but instead consider an attempt at silicone removal.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons and avoid free silicone injections or body enhancement by untrained unlicensed practitioners.

Based on the pictures, you are a very good candidate for liposuction. Injecting the fat to other areas also is possible if certain conditions are met.
