What can be done to my nose without it resulting in a Michael Jackson after surgery nose?

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump can be taken down and the tip refined to be a bit smaller. Any reputable rhinoplasty surgeon will certainly keep good cartilage support in your nose to avoid the "Michael Jackson" nose. Just look at a lot of photos of his or her work and go to someone that can do computer imaging so you can see how it may look.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a dorsal hump in your low bridge. On front view, you appear to have a wide lower 1/3 if your nose. In general, selfie photographs produce a significant amount of distortion and they are not easy to use as a baseline for simulations. Photographs taken in more precise conditions can help with the decision factor.

The fullness of the nostril may be one of the reasons why you find that simulations do not produce any effect that you like. It can be addressed but only moderately.

Rhinoplasty surgery may be a suitable way forward for you if you can identify a target shape that makes you feel comfortable. Consultation with surgeons that offer computer imaging and simulations is likely to be our best way forward.

Hi @ib2023! I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. I utilize piezo surgery in my practice. Piezo surgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezo surgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Many offices provided digital renderings that provide an outline for how the nose may look after surgery, although individual results will vary.

You have that bump on the tip. The frontal view shows that you have strong prominent tip cartilages that could be made more narrow and less obvious. Your nose is also strong in its forward projection away from your face. Perhaps Facetune wasn't working for you because you aren't practiced at picturing what rhinoplasty changes would look like, or at using the software.
I don't use Facetune, but I think morphs are extremely important in planning a rhinoplsaty. How *much* to narrow the tip, or lower a bump, or deproject a nose, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)
Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise.
