Hello, I am looking for some opinions on whether or not what I want to achieve with my nose is a reasonable expectation. I don’t mind my nose from the front, but the side is what really bothers me. I have a very sharp nose and the tip projects from my face quite far. I would like to have a more feminine looking nose from the side, with a reduced tip and maybe not so much of a 45 degree angle. Is it possible to reduce and slightly lift the tip without changing the shape a ton from the front?
Answer: Greetings from Istanbul / Turkey Hello Ms. Emma! First of all thank you for your question! It looks like you have thin skin so I can tell you that you can get the shape you are looking for :)The projection of the nose can be corrected with rhinoplasty surgery, to give a better curve and more feminine look. From the front there won't be a big change since the dorsum is already in good shape

Answer: Tip rhinoplasty: what you should know Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You may benefit from tip rhinoplasty to slightly reduce and lift your nasal tip for a feminine, natural-looking result that complements the rest of your facial features. This procedure doesn’t require that the nose bone be broken or reshaped and instead focuses on redefining the tip while preserving the rest of your nasal structure. It’s important to note that rhinoplasty in any form is considered one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to review your aesthetic goals and determine the best procedure for you.

Answer: Yes, it is possible with minimal front view change Yes, it is possible to perform a rhinoplasty that makes the nose smaller with minimal (but not zero) changes to the view from the front. You may be a candidate for a preservation rhinoplasty. Best to be seen in consultation to discuss your concerns and exactly where you would like to see (or not see) changes in your nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hi @EmmaLeah22! Greetings from Beverly Hills, CA. You are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty. The nose can be de-projected, less pointy, and slightly rotated. The dorsum of your nose already looks great and does not need work. I hope this was helpful.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to change shape... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. You nose can be made smaller, with a lesser projection from the side. The front view will change a little, but not drastically. It is important to find an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon that can do computer imaging at the same time to give you an idea of what you would like.
