Unsure about Rhinoplasty. Is it possible to reduce and slightly lift the tip without changing the shape from the front? (Photo)

EmmaLeah22
Hello, I am looking for some opinions on whether or not what I want to achieve with my nose is a reasonable expectation. I don’t mind my nose from the front, but the side is what really bothers me. I have a very sharp nose and the tip projects from my face quite far. I would like to have a more feminine looking nose from the side, with a reduced tip and maybe not so much of a 45 degree angle. Is it possible to reduce and slightly lift the tip without changing the shape a ton from the front?
