Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello, These changes can be made with surgical rhinoplasty procedure. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and provide you with mock up images of the possible outcome from surgery.

Answer: Almost All Yes I would say that the answer to almost all of your questions is yes. The base width can be narrowed, dorsal hump taken down, the tip can be refined and the overall nose projection can be shortened. I would caution you on your expectations. The goal of course for both patient and surgeon is the "perfect" result, however the shape of the nose is due to specific anatomic features. While some of these features can be corrected completely or near completely, others will see a more modest result. In particular, reducing projection may give you a more modest result than you may want. There are some surgeons that will use a modelling application to give you an approximation of the end result, but please remember that this is just a computer model and is not a guarantee of a final result. Either way, I would make sure that you are utilizing a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon to get the absolute best results.
