23F looking to choose a procedure with the most impact to improve facial harmony. I have a tilted jaw according to my orthodontist and feel my jaw is too long/protrudes too far. My face is also on the longer side. Would a genioplasty reduction or a jaw reduction go further to make a face like this less masculine? Or is there another procedure/nonsurgical option to consider?
