I'm surprised you had fat transfer to your chest, I'm always removing fat and defining the fat and glands for bodybuilders. You can liposuction out the fat but I suggest waiting a few months. The end results can take 3-6 months to be fully apparent, you are only 8 days out and will be very swollen most likely. Exercise and massage won't change the results of the surgery you had by much. Please discuss this with your surgeon. The results in the first weeks, and even months, after fat grafting do not reflect the actual long-term results. There will be significant swelling, bruising, and other issues early on.Best wishes.

In the tear trough fat grafting needs to be precise and do not over-correct. If need be a second session can be done. May be more expensive, but better than overfill and the difficulty of correcting that
