Considering permanent lip augmentation. I love the sound of a fat graft, and would like to find a PS in CA who does this. However, most Dr's appear to use the terms "fat transfer" and "fat graft" interchangeably. I'd guess the graft, in which harvested fat remains in tact (instead of being processed, clarified, injected etc.) would yield more predictable results and need less touch ups. Any thoughts on which is better, AND on how to go about finding doctors who differentiate - and do the graft?

transferred can expect to survive. ...
