I just got a hair transplant last week, it's been precisely 7 days. I have noticed that some of the grafts look a little somewhat oddly spaced. Upon taking a closer look, it appears that there are grafts embedded in the skin as well. I am asking, because shedding usually occurs later.

You can try gels etc. but the more permanent solution would be to talk to your doctor about getting it corrected through another transplant. Because that's a technical error they should be willing to get that fixed for you.
Generally the wait time to do that is two weeks, when all the crusts have fallen. But since you still have some at day 18 then I would advise you to keep waiting until you have no more crusts. Be sure you are keeping up with regular washing, because they should have been gone by day 14 at...
