Can eating estrogen pills help to gain fat on face that a plastic surgeon took away?

I saw in Youtube that a transgender male transitioning to a female was taking estrogen pills and they were saying that they gained more fat on their face and body after they took those pills. I was thinking that what would those pills do to a woman that has lost facial fat due to plastic surgeon taking it away?

It is not possible to predict the results this will give you. Facial volume can be improved with fat transfer. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I combine with Sculptra to improve final results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

taking hormonal supplements without medical oversight is a very bad idea. It is also not very sound strategy for weight gain. Try eating pizza. Transgendered people need exogenous hormones because they’re not able to produce them themselves.  If your post menopausal then I’m on supplements may be appropriate.
