It is not possible to predict the results this will give you. Facial volume can be improved with fat transfer. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. taking hormonal supplements without medical oversight is a very bad idea. It is also not very sound strategy for weight gain. Try eating pizza. Transgendered people need exogenous hormones because they’re not able to produce them themselves.  If your post menopausal then I’m on supplements may be appropriate.
