Fat grafting to the forehead is an unreliable and unpredictable procedure. The patient example you have shown is just several days after the procedure and is swollen and bruised. That is not representative of what the final forehead augmentation result will be and it will be much less. Fat grafting may have a role for smaller forehead augmentation but is not usually sufficient for more significant and sustained forehead augmentation results.
