Both work, but for the volume in the number of times that it would need to be done I think fat will be much more effective and cost-effective. I would suggest talking to a board certified plastic surgeon who also has a vaginally rejuvenation device. Quite often I find that it is best to use the device 1st to improve the shape and then do fat grafting for volume. Best of luck!

Either are acceptable options. Fat grafts are a minor surgical procedure needed local anesthesia and I offer by mouth sedation. The major issue is if you do not like the results - very hard to offer reversal. Plus fat grafts more longer lasting. Vs HA fillers are easier, reversible if not happy, lasts unto 2 years.
