Is 340cc Ideal Implant too big for me? 4'11" (Photo)

Question

Hi,I am 4'11, have 3 kids and breast feed all 3. After the kids my breast loss its volume and some. I would like to have full breast. I have attached a picture of my measurement. I am interested in the Ideal Implant which only comes in high profile. Was wondering if 320cc over fill to 340cc would be too big for my frame. Thank in advance for your opinion and suggestions.

Good day! Thank you for providing photo with your query. For your guidance, here is a list of generalized breast implant sizing for most patients:
32A to 32C needs about 250-275cc34A to 34C needs about 300-350cc36A to 36C needs about 350-400cc It is best to find a size in proportion with your whole body. Contact your surgeon and discuss realistic goals and expectations when deciding which implants are the best for you. The old saying beauty is in the eye of the beholder holds true! I do not think that that implant at that volume would be too large for you. However the best way to be more certain would be to have an implant sizing done by your plastic surgeon. Look in the mirror and you decide.

This is something your surgeon should really be guiding you through. It looks like the photo you've posted is from some app, which based on your height and the build of the scanned chest I would doubt is accurate as those base widths seem very large for someone of your size. I'd suggest seeing a board certified surgeon near you to be properly measured and assessed for the ideal. Best of luck!

and your surgeon should be able to determine that for you as none of us want symmastia or bizarre outcomes from using an implant that did not fit.  Your outcome is a direct reflection of your surgeon's work and judgment and we don't want bad results.  If your surgeon is confident it will fit, then go with it.  But you can ask your surgeon how wide they will be on your frame and then decide if that will work for you.  And if not, there is nothing wrong with the traditional saline implants if that would be better dimensionally for you.  And you should save a considerable amount if you change.

Thank you for your question. No, I think that sounds like a very reasonable size if that's what gives you the look you are after. The implant choices would be the 300cc implant filled to 340cc (the upper limit) which would be a more firm and high profile design, or you could choose the 335cc implant filled to 340cc which would be more of the moderate profile and a bit softer feel.
