Is 340cc Ideal Implant too big for me? 4'11" (Photo)

The old saying beauty is in the eye of the beholder holds true! I do not think that that implant at that volume would be too large for you. However the best way to be more certain would be to have an implant sizing done by your plastic surgeon. Look in the mirror and you decide.

This is something your surgeon should really be guiding you through. It looks like the photo you've posted is from some app, which based on your height and the build of the scanned chest I would doubt is accurate as those base widths seem very large for someone of your size. I'd suggest seeing a board certified surgeon near you to be properly measured and assessed for the ideal. Best of luck! 

and your surgeon should be able to determine that for you as none of us want symmastia or bizarre outcomes from using an implant that did not fit.  Your outcome is a direct reflection of your surgeon's work and judgment and we don't want bad results.  If your surgeon is confident it will fit, then go with it.  But you can ask your surgeon how wide they will be on your frame and then decide if that will work for you.  And if not, there is nothing wrong with the traditional saline implants if that would be better dimensionally for you.  And you should save a considerable amount if you change.

Thank you for your question. No, I think that sounds like a very reasonable size if that's what gives you the look you are after. The implant choices would be the 300cc implant filled to 340cc (the upper limit) which would be a more firm and high profile design, or you could choose the 335cc implant filled to 340cc which would be more of the moderate profile and a bit softer feel. From your photos and measurements, I don't believe a 340 cc implant would be too big for your frame.  Ask your surgeon if you could try the implants on in a bra.  This will help you determine how large the breasts may look and how heavy the implants may feel.  This should give you a good idea as to whether this is the right implant for you.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
