Ideal Implant - sizing for a natural look? (Photo)

Question

I was hoping to fill either the 300cc Ideal implants or 340 ccs implants to 340 ccs. For the 300 ccs, I would be filling it to the maximum for 340s and for 335 ccs, I would also be filling it up to 340ccs. Which one would give me a more natural look and very importantly, more natural fill. In addition, see attached pics for additional information, I am hoping to achieve more of the first pic's look instead of the second pic's. Both individuals have ideal implants (saline filled).

Good day! Thank you for providing photo with your query. For your guidance, here is a list of generalized breast implant sizing for most patients:
32A      to 32C needs about 250-275cc
  34A      to 34C needs about 300-350cc
  36A      to 36C needs about 350-400cc

Great question! In my experience i think a higher fill , i.e. the 300 taken to 340 cc's will give you a higher profile (more similar to the second picture you provided). Taking a 335 to 340 cc's you would end up with a more natural appearing breast (as in your first picture) since you have not reached the maximum level of filling for the shell. It is very difficult to give an exact description of how you will look postoperatively as there are many other factors which relate to how the final implant will look in your body, for example the approach and final implant position which is determined by your surgeon. I think that the Ideal implants are a good choice for you. In my experience the 300 filled to 340 would give you a higher profile look, more superior fullness. Your 335 option would give a more natural look and possibly feel.

These implants give a similar look to other silicone or saline implants. They do have a few benefits, especially of feeling natural, over saline implants. The size is depending on many factors and this just has to be addressed carefully with your plastic surgeon.

Sizing depends on measurements that would typically be taken during an in-person consultation. It will be very difficult for the online community to advise you aside from telling you that your surgeon should be helping you with that choice.
