Great question! In my experience i think a higher fill , i.e. the 300 taken to 340 cc's will give you a higher profile (more similar to the second picture you provided). Taking a 335 to 340 cc's you would end up with a more natural appearing breast (as in your first picture) since you have not reached the maximum level of filling for the shell. It is very difficult to give an exact description of how you will look postoperatively as there are many other factors which relate to how the final implant will look in your body, for example the approach and final implant position which is determined by your surgeon. I think that the Ideal implants are a good choice for you. In my experience the 300 filled to 340 would give you a higher profile look, more superior fullness. Your 335 option would give a more natural look and possibly feel.

These implants give a similar look to other silicone or saline implants. They do have a few benefits, especially of feeling natural, over saline implants. The size is depending on many factors and this just has to be addressed carefully with your plastic surgeon.

Sizing depends on measurements that would typically be taken during an in-person consultation. It will be very difficult for the online community to advise you aside from telling you that your surgeon should be helping you with that choice. The 300 filed to the "100%" fill of 340 which is a high profile and would be similar to the simulated photo that you show.  Some of my patients who have not yet have children and have tighter tissues consider the high profile to give more "superior pole convexity" or bulging of the upper breast.  Like a push-up bra without the bra.  If you are trying to avoid this and have a more natural look, I would select the lower ( moderate plus profile equivalent) "high" volume fill of 300, or move up to the 335-375 and fill it to the moderate plus profile equivalent of 335.

Thanks for your very good question. If you are after more of an augmented "high-profile" look, then you'd be better off choosing the 300cc implant and the surgeon can fill it to 340cc. It will be a bit more firm, but still very nice in the look & feel of it. If you want a "softer" look & feel, go with the 335cc implant filled to 340cc. Best wishes
