I had the best experience with this practice. From the staff, nurses and doctors it was a seamless experience! I had a lipo 360 bbl with Dr Galardi! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to the abdomen & flanks, breast reduction/lift and submental (chin) lipo. I absolutely love my results! It was worth every penny. I love that I was able to have my procedure close to home instead of going to Miami. The first 5 days post op were the worst as far as pain. I had 2 drains and I was able to stand straight up at around 16 days post op. Ladies, if you’re on the fence, do it! You won’t regret it. Updated on 25 Jan 2022: I’ve added a before photo. My incisions are barely visible from my tummy tuck with muscle repair. My breast incisions are a little darker but they’re fading with time. All of my scars are flat due to me using silicone scar tape after my drains were removed 10 days post op. Updated on 12 Jun 2023: Here are some pics 1.5 years out from MMO surgery. To maintain your results, you’ve got to watch your diet. I’ve been slacking but I’m going to work hard to shed the post surgery weight gain. Overall, I love my results.

Absolutely love Dr. Galardi and this practice. He is a master artist when it comes to bodies. I am just hitting my 6 week mark and could not be happier with the results. I had been previously told by another surgeon that I would have an upside t scar due to not having enough excess skin on my stomach to fully remove my old belly button but Dr. Galardi was able to avoid that outcome and give me just one thin and beautiful low lying scar. I was also told by another doctor I would have a bit of excess aerola left over from my breast lift (slight reduction to make the sizes match) and yet again Dr. Galardi avoided that outcome. Galardi offered me with an auto augmentation breast lift as I did not want to have implants. From what I understand, this technique is where he uses your own breast tissue that could typically be removed during a lift and situates it back into your breast to give you more fullness. I LOVE the results! I finally have small sized aerolas and perky breasts. Went from what I use to call bologna size aerolas to pepperoni sized. Lol With the muscle repair and removal of excess skin on my stomach I feel like my old self prior to kids. There was no amount of working out that would rid me of my extra skin. I had lost all of my baby weight but still didn’t look or feel good. Plus, the Diastasis Recti meant my core ab muscles weren’t as pulled in and strong as it used to be. Dr. Galardi stitched all of that nice and tight and it naturally pulled in my sides to bring back my hour glass shape that I hadn’t really seen in years. I finally have my confidence back, which I know my husband is loving the most. I certainly don’t have a super model body but I feel great! I feel comfortable in my own skin again and there is no way I can thank Dr. Galardi enough. Even gifted this man a huge bottle of tequila as a thank you as I don’t feel like my verbal thanks and payment could ever be enough. Haha Also, I’m loving my belly button. I have seen many belly buttons online after tummy tucks that I personally don’t like how they look. Dr Galardi made mine a beautiful round innie that honestly looks just like my pre pregnancy belly button. To say I’m in love and indebted to Dr. Galardi’s skillful hands and artistry would be an understatement. Do yourself a favor and at least have a consult. Personally, I don’t believe he gives himself enough credit on his website or social media. But if you go to meet him in person he will show you more of his work via iPad and you will be wowed by his results, approach, and knowledge. I have read that it can take up to a year for swelling to really subside and see the final results. If I am this happy 6 weeks out then I’m so hopeful for what I will see come next year. Now I’m just patiently waiting for him to send me my before and afters and during surgery photos because I am strange and can’t wait to see the muscle repair in action and other “gross” details. Lol I have attached photos that I took at home to show my results. These were before surgery and at the 5 week post op mark. For reference I am 5’2 and weighed 136 on surgery day and am now 126.

I received breast implants and a lift on May 6th. I chose high profile silicone gel based off research and my doctor's recommendation. He also let me hold saline and silicone gel to feel the difference. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Galardi and his staff. After breast feeding 3 babies, my little Bs turned into little raisins. Lol. I always said when I lay on my back they're pretty, but when I lean over they turn into raisins causing me a lot of sexual anxiety. As I've aged they didnt even look right when laying on my back anymore. I'm creating this review to show my appreciation to Dr. Galardi and to find support when I have little questions. This experience has a lot of firsts involved. I also had an abdominoplasty a few years back with Dr. Galardi and this site was very helpful. It's also the reason I chose him to do my breast implants. I trust him to take care of me which helps put my anxiety at ease. Amazing skill, awesome bedside manner, and really relatable. 10/10 Updated on 15 May 2021: 9 days post op. They're still swollen and they still hurt. Tender to the touch. The thing that drives me crazy the most is the feeling that they're moving around. The doctor reassured me that everything is fine but I'm very aware of every little pain/feeling they have. They look amazing though! I can't wait til they settle and fluff. I also can't wait until I can resume normal activity and sleep however I want. Even if I'm allowed to, it hurts too much right now. Sleeping is so uncomfortable right now but it's all worth it! Updated on 22 May 2021: 16 days post op. Got my bandages removed! Everything looked good. I was instructed to start massaging them. Everything looks very full and even. They're still pretty sore, but that's to be expected. It kind of freaks me out when. It feels like they move but I was reassured that that's normal.

Breast Lift with 250cc moderate profile implant Just had my 2 week follow up with Dr. Galardi and I absolutely love my results!! I couldn’t have asked for better results or an overall experience it was everything I was hoping for. Dr. Galardi and his team were great during all pre & post op appointments. They answered any questions I had and made this a very smooth and comfortable process.

I am 30 years old with no kids. I have wanted bigger breasts since I was younger. I recent lost about 30 lbs and had a slight sag to my breast. After all my research and talking it over with my boyfriend, I decided to go ahead with my breast implants. I went to my first consultation and it wasnt the best experience even though my friend had recommended them to me. So I did a google search and read reviews and found Dr. Galardi. I had an amazing experience with him and his staff. He said that I didnt need a lift right now and that I could do it later when I get I actually needed it. Plus it would be easier with the implants already in and healed. He placed my implants over the muscle but under the fascia. I went with Mentor Xtra implants with 415cc for the left and 465cc for the right to correct asymmetry. I am extremely happy with my overall experience.
