Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Unfortunately there is no reversal agent for Bellafill as there is with hyaluronic acid fillers.  As a result you will need to allow the product to dissipate slowly over time.  For what its worth, I think your cheeks look very good and they do not give you a chunky appearance.  Hope this helps.

I don't know when you were injected but the effects of Bellafill evolve over time. It takes about 3-4 months to fully appreciate the correction. If at that time there is still too much fullness, attempting to shrink the collagen response with 5FU and Steroids might help. If the filler (any filler) is placed too superficial, it can look abnormal when smiling.
