Bellafill in nose bridge. 2 days later, I look like I did before the injections. What happened?

We use bellafill in the nose frequently with the use of a cannula and have great success.  Bellafill is a very soft filler and needs more volume then the corresponding amount of Restylane or Juvederm, in general.  You may just need more bellafill in the area.  It's too early for it to metabolize. 

Like many fillers, Bellafill injection does make the area swell and that is what you mostly liked immediately after the injection.   Now the swelling is down, you don't see the results as much as before.   Think about how much he injected there and that is about how much you should see and feel.   For example, if he injected  0.2 ML in the bridge of your nose, you should expect about that much to be still there, and the rest is swelling.     

Bellafill is such an unique filler that lasts up to 5 years after the injection.  It will not only give an immediate gratification and also works as an biostimulant over time to produce more collagen and elastin. If you were happy with the results during the injection, it maybe due to some swelling from injection.  Have your injector check your nose again and may consider adding more Bellafill to get the result you want.
