Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively large orbicularis roll, more so on the left than on the right. This is a roll of muscle that is not addressed by removing fat pads. Your candidacy for removal of under eye fat pads may require an examination, especially since you appear to have scleral show. Your age is not a contraindication to surgery. I hope this helps. It is difficult to estimate how much fat protrusion is present when you are not smiling, animating; this can be better evaluated based on in person consultation. However, a simple transconjuctival fat pad reduction can be achieved through an 10-15 mm incision placed inside your lower eyelid. There is no need for skin removal in your case. Hope this helps.

I think you should stop looking for surgical options for problems that are mostly supra tentorial.
If these degrees of facial aging are bothering you now then what’s going to happen when you turn 30?
A few people are born with perfect aesthetics.
I’m sorry if I am dismissive of your concerns.
I’ve seen too many disappointments and permanent disfigurement from those seeking surgical intervention when it really wasn’t indicated.
I’m not saying surgical intervention can’t potentially improve facial aesthetics.
There’s simply a threshold people should meet before going there.
