I'm a 24yo female with heavy eyelids and noticeable fat protrusion at the corners of my upper eyelids, could it be lacrimal gland prolapse or orbital fat protrusion? My lower eyelids are asymmetrical; I have a visible eye bag on the right only when I smile, but not on the left. Although there are no large bags when I’m not smiling, some excess fat makes me look tired. Some clinics say I’m too young for blepharoplasty, but I worry alternatives won’t effectively address my issues.
