Can suprapubic liposuction aid in penile lengthening?

I know some liposuction surgeons will target the suprapubic fat at the same time as they are doing a lower abdominal liposuction. I also know it is an extra charge (extra "body part"). My question is will this "simple" technique make the penis longer or just give the "illusion" that it is.

The excess adipose tissue is removed through very thin cannula, while the vibration contributes to the melting and removal of the fat. The result of the procedure is the flattening of the suprapubic area, which in turn results in a visual increment of the penile length-even though the penis is not directly involved in the procedure. Suprapubic fat removal is performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia so there are risks involved. There is no lengthening because the procedure is not of the penis.

This is a very good question.  In my experience, this often helps in particular man who have either fat in this region or have some hidden penis component.  It certainly creates the illusion of a longer penis.  However, in the cases of hidden penis, it may prevent the penis from retracting.

It depends on whether your penis is hidden by the fat and skin.  If so, removing the fat and skin will expose the penis more and looks longer but not actually longer.  Sometimes the penis shaft is actually buried underneath the skin and fat, in which case, it can be "unburied" and the penis would actually be longer.

Suprapubic liposuction helps to lengthen the penis. Because with penis lengthening surgery, the part of the penis remaining in the body is exposed.
It provides partial benefit. Penile ligaments must be cut to obtain sufficient length.

Suprapubic liposuction is really beneficial if there is fat accumulation in this area. I definitely add suprapubic liposuction to all penis surgeries. Of course, it does not contribute to penile elongation, it just makes the transition smoother and makes the penis more pronounced.
