I know some liposuction surgeons will target the suprapubic fat at the same time as they are doing a lower abdominal liposuction. I also know it is an extra charge (extra "body part"). My question is will this "simple" technique make the penis longer or just give the "illusion" that it is.

If so, removing the fat and skin will expose the penis more and looks longer but not actually longer. The result of the procedure is the flattening of the suprapubic area, which in turn results in a visual increment of the penile length-even though the penis is not directly involved in the procedure. Suprapubic fat removal is performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia so there are risks involved. There is no lengthening because the procedure is not of the penis.

Answer: Suprapubic liposuction This is a very good question. In my experience, this often helps in particular man who have either fat in this region or have some hidden penis component. It certainly creates the illusion of a longer penis. However, in the cases of hidden penis, it may prevent the penis from retracting.
