Mini neck lift vs endolift vs ultherapy - would a mini neck lift give the best results? (Photos)

Hi I’m 47 and female and recently went to a very reputable clinic for a consult about the loose skin on my neck. The Dr confirmed it was not muscular just loose skin due to lose of collagen in my face. Face sagging leaning towards neck etc. She convinced me that getting 1.5 radiese and HA filler woid y a noticeable difference. 12 weeks later some lift in ny face but only a 10% neck improvement. She then said mayhe more targeted Fillers into my jaw/chin Or endolift (she not better than ultherapy due the flaccidness of my neck). Ive lost faith and now think maybe I should just save for a mini neck lift over the next few years. Although I’d prefer something affordable now. Better to hold off for the lift?

Thank you for your photos and questions!
First off, they are wrong. Your neck skin is attached to the muscle (ie platysma) and is 100% the issue. Second, I have never seen filler successfully address issues with excess skin and/or muscle of the neck so I don't know why they recommended this not once, but twice. An endolift or ultherapy could both help to some extent, but it is unlikely to have as much improvement as a neck lift which would actually address the underlying issue, which is the descent of the platysma muscle over time. I would honestly be cautious about returning to that clinic and consider consulting with a plastic surgeon that specializes in facial rejuvenation instead.

"The Dr confirmed it was not muscular just loose skin due to lose of collagen in my face. Face sagging leaning towards neck etc.".  The Doctor that you saw is completely wrong and the treatment you received completely inappropriate for the indications that you describe.
The changes that you have in your neck are described as platysmal banding, due to relaxation and a downward/ forward descent of the platysmal muscle with aging.  The skin follows this pattern of descent since the central platysma is densely attached to the skin.  the only treatment that will help this is a plastymaplasty, most likely combined with a deep plane facelift approach; a consultation virtual or in person is necessary to confirm this.  You are better off taking a cruise than using your money on fillers/ ultherapy/endolifts, blah blah blah.
