28 - What’s the best way to fix my double chin? (Photos)

I’m 28, I’ve had a double chin like this for several years now, I dont think it’s fat related, it just feels like loose skin - I can physically push it all back and see my jawline. What is the best procedure - surgical or non surgical, to get efficient, long lasting results to bring back my natural neck and jawline?

I don't even know what a one stitch facelift is but it sounds more an inadequate. It definitely looks like you'd need a real lift that addresses the platysma. Whatever a surgeon calls as a "mini lift" is just a marketing term - you'd want to ask specifically that the platysma is lifted.
