Had bbl 3.5 years ago. Compression pain on one side after the proocedure, increased in intensity over the next 8-12 mos, along with paresthesia in lower leg. Hard round lumps in buttock, no redness. Deep massage decreases pain/paresthesia/lumps temporarily. One lump feels like hard marble, lodged underneath the sacrospinous ligament per PT. Does this sound like fat necrosis? Would location under ligament be consistent w BBL? Date of onset and fact improves w massage makes me think BBL.
