Low BMI - would I still be able to get the surgery?

Question

I’ve been wanting to get skinny BBL done. I’m 23 Female 4”11 and 101 Lbs , my BMI is 20.5 . I was wondering could I still get one done ? I do have medical history of mrsa and cyst . I do have two autoimmune diseases such as Psoriasis and HS , and I currently take medication for my psoriasis. Would I still be able to get the surgery ?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

To make an assessment we need quality information. Try reposing with pictures the same way we take before and after pics. Fat distribution is more important than bmi. Low bmi patients may have more subtle results. 
In the end you are going to need in person consultations. 
The ability to deliver consistent quality, liposuction, and fat transfer results is not easy or straightforward.
There are significant differences among providers. I suggest having multiple consultations before considering selected providers.
