How to add 2" projection on my glutes?

Question

Currently 110lb, 5'1, waist circumference 26", Glutes circumference 36". Age 30. I want to add 2" of PROJECTION on my ass. Is this a realistic goal? What procedure would be most likely to get the job done if any? Could I achieve this through glute exercises only? How many inches circumference would i have to gain to get 2" projection?

Thanks for your question. Without pictures, it is difficult to provide you with a proper evaluation. That said, the BBL is a great procedure for buttock augmentation. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. The fat is then injected into your buttocks and hips to give you projections and curves. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBL surgery and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take a look at before and after pictures of previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own to get a better understanding of what a procedure can or cannot accomplish.
