Fat transfer after lumpectomy - will they graft to both breasts to create symmetry?

Hpy17
I am going to be having a lumpectomy soon for what is thought to be a phyllodes tumor in the upper outer quadrant posterior region of the right breast. It is small at 9mm, but requires wide exciscion due to reccurance rate. I am 5'3" 112 pounds. I am smaller breasted but this one is slightly larger. I have not met with the breast surgeon yet, but it is already noted in my referral that I woukd like fat grafting at time of lumpectomy to correct deformity that my primary care doctor has already warned me of. My question is, will they graft to both breasts to create symmetry? This will be an insurance claim as reconstruction, so I'm not sure how to go about asking. I don't know what commonn practice is for this and how much fat would be needed to make the surgery site look good and how that could make it differ even more than rhe already smaller breast.
