Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have bone curvature for get rid of this image I recommend you Rhinoplasty surgery. With a single surgery, your nose can have a more natural and harmonious appearance to your face.It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!
If you do not have severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose, it may be best to avoid rhinoplasty surgery since you have thin nasal skin which tends to be unforgiving insofar as irregularities after surgery go. If you want to satisfy with your nasal appearance, rhinoplasty may be considered for achieving a narrower and more symmetrical appearance on front view, with hump removal and a delicate curve on profile. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hello and thank you for your question. It is not uncommon for your nose to appear more prominent after weight loss and deflation of your facial volume. Although an exam in person is ideal, from your photographs alone it appears that you can benefit from a subtle dorsal hump reduction and a tip rhinoplasty where the nasal tip cartilage is modified for a more refined, feminine look as stated in your question. The modification of your nasal cartilage can be done with trimming, stitching or grafting. If your septum is deviated and you have breathing difficulty, a septoplasty may benefit you as well. The next step for you is to find the right aesthetic plastic surgeon. In your rhinoplasty consultation, be sure your surgeon addresses all your aesthetic goals and concerns specifically, and discusses the surgery details including the position and size of the incisions used (with actual photographs and not just digital animations), the risks and benefits of the procedure, recovery time, and post-operative course. Also, be sure to see plenty of before-and-after pictures in women who have a similar nose appearance to yours, and preferably at different time frames (3 weeks out, 3 months out, etc) to more accurately predict your own surgical outcome. After seeking out a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery, I think the most important component of the consultation is to establish a good connection with your plastic surgeon. It’s the connection that allows you to clearly define your desired nose outcome goals, the first step of this whole process. If you don’t feel you have a good connection with your plastic surgeon after your consultation, he/she may not be the best surgeon for you.For more information on rhinoplasty, please refer to my link below.Good luck.Mark K Markarian, MD, MSPH, FACSHarvard-trained Board Certified Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Hello,Surgical rhinoplasty can help in improving the shape of your nose. Your nose overall size can be made smaller and straighter, the hump on the bridge can be eliminated, and the tip can be refined. It is better to consult with facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss how your could look after surgery.
Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. The incision in open rhinoplasty heals almost always invisibly. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.
Hello! Thanks for the photos. After weight loss, the nose can seem disproportionately larger than before. The best way to evoke significant change is through rhinoplasty. Skin care routines can help keep the skin quality nice but surgery does the most. I would seek consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon to learn more. Photos can be taken and detailed plans regarding what changes (for example - tip refinement, deprojection, rotation, etc.) are feasible can be discussed. Hope this helps.
Would you benefit from a rhinoplasty? you have a small dorsal hump, and the tip could be slightly refined. But your nose does not look all that large and certainly does not cry out to be done. A more accurate assessment however could be made if your pictures showed more of your face so the nose could be evaluated in relation to the size and proportions of your other facial features.
There is no fat in the nose, just skin, bone and cartilage. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the hump, refinement to the nasal tip slightly, and narrowing the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose
Based on your photo you appear anatomically to be a good candidate for an artistically performed rhinoplasty through either a closed or open technique.Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you whether you are an appropriate candidate for surgery and exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified by the American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CSAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, M.D., FACS La Jolla, California
