My nose is large, bony and droopy on the tip. It’s never really bothered me much before but seems to be most noticeable in pictures lately and at a certain angle. I have quite strong features, big eyes, cheeks and lips. I’d look ridiculous with a button nose so I’m a bit worried about how much changing my nose would change my looks. My question is, would it be possible to change my nose shape without really changing how it looks from the front?
