The lower through 2/3 of your nose appears to be over projected with a droopy tip that also appears to be asymmetrical. On front view, the tip of your nose appears two droopy and I believe this would look better lifted. Yes that can be done with rhinoplasty procedure. Your nose can be de-projected and made smaller, the tip and the columella of your nose can be raised slightly to make it look less droopy. These changes will have minimal effect on your look from the front. It is better to consult with a facial plastic surgeon and discuss how the shape of your nose could be after surgery.

You seem to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Well executed rhinoplasty should keep the width of the nose and tipp appearance as it is but lower the dorsum and overprojected tip. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

Changing the nose from the front view, for someone like you, is neither very necessary nor important. You have a bit of a curve to your nose which could be straightened, but, otherwise, we could easily adjust the side while keeping the front essentially the same.

You are a goid candidate fir hump reduction. Since the nose is a three dimensional structure there would inevitably be some change from the front. The important thing is to find a surgeon who has a good eye for giving a natural result

Front and side profile changes with Rhinoplasty: every rhinoplasty is different, however in most cases the vast majority of the change occurs in the side profile with very little change to the front view.
