Front and side profile changes with Rhinoplasty: every rhinoplasty is different, however in most cases the vast majority of the change occurs in the side profile with very little change to the front view. The lower through 2/3 of your nose appears to be over projected with a droopy tip that also appears to be asymmetrical. On front view, the tip of your nose appears two droopy and I believe this would look better lifted.
