I had to zoom in on your photo in order to see the small bump in your mid bridge. In our experience, small irregularities like this may be permanently corrected by adding volume above the small bump. We prefer using microdroplets Silikon 1000 for permanent results. Thank you for this question....

As far as I can see from your photos Due to asymmetry, there seems to be inequality in your nose wings, a more equal image can be provided with a revision operation, although not 100%, for this I recommend revision rhinoplasty.
