Really swollen nasal tip post 17 months (Photo)

Please consider asking you a question with both before and after photos. You do not appear to have a significantly bulbous nasal tip appearance, and I am questioning the utility of steroid injections at this point. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

As far as I can see from your photos If you send a photo from the side profile, we can make an accurate evaluation. but you need to have a revision rhinoplasty operation.After the 7th month, the remaining swelling is usually permanent.
It would be better face to face consultation.

Occasionally we all see patients with prolonged swelling of the entire nose or some particular areas (tip) lasting over 2 years! We suggest to all our patients after rhinoplasty to continue placing tapes on the nose dorsum and tip (similar to those you had after rhinoplasty) every night for 3-6 months, sometimes longer. You should try this using steri-strips or similar tapes; you will clearly see that in the morning, after you remove the tapes, your nose looks significantly better. Continue this protocol as long as your swelling persists. Good luck.

Given that you are beyond a year after rhinoplasty, you could consider a revision.
It's difficult to say a definitive path forward without seeing prior photos, knowing what was done surgically, and a thorough examination.
Seek the guidance from an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon near you. Don't hesitate to get a couple opinions before moving forward.

At 17 months, you’re no longer swollen from surgery and there’s no indication of for injecting steroids. If that is what you’re having injected.
To make an assessment, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Your outcome is your results.The only way to change the outcome at this point is with more surgery.
