I had a rhino plasty 17 months ago. The goal was to get rid of the dorsel hump. I liked my straight on appearance before now I can’t stand it. Seems huge and blobby now. My surgeon just started doing the injections 2 months ago. Did he wait too long to get started and is there now permanent scar tissue making my nasel tip permanently fat for life? I’ve had two injections so far and not seeing any signs of it it reducing. Is there hope of it finally going back to normal the way it was before?
