I want very natural looking breasts. I dont like when they sit too high or two hard tennis balls sitting on my chest. With that being said would moderate profile be too wide for my frame? Would 425 on smaller breast and 400cc on other breast be enough projection? Some docs mentioned lifts but i dont want one right now.
Answer: Size I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on a range of sizes, including the two you selected, to see what best fits your frame and tissue and feel the weight of the implants.

Answer: Might be okay; Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Size and Profile Selection Good morning, I would really need to measure your chest myself to determine whether the Mod Plus might be too wide and the High Profile might be a better choice. I would also recommend a donut mastopexy because after your augmentation if you don't lift your nipple position they will sit at the bottom of your breasts- hopefully your PS pointed that out also because its pretty obvious. Don't fall for the old "I'll just place your implants lower which will raise your nipple position" excuse because that often results in bottoming out and further necessary surgery.

Answer: Considering size The moderate profile implants will provide less projection which will avoid the "tennis ball" look that you do not want. You mentioned you do not want a lift, so it is important to remember that you will have more volume with the implants, but the nipples will essentially be in the same position. The correct size is determined by measuring your breasts and combining this with your surgical goals. An examination is needed to give a specific recommendation, but based on your wish photos you are in the right neighborhood.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. Implants alone will not solve your problem. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
