Volume loss around chin and jaw - are fillers the way forward? (Photo)

Question

I'm 34, and I feel like the bottom half of my face is falling in slow motion. I recently got a botox "nefertiti lift" along my jawline, as well as masseter botox (primarily for teeth grinding, but I like the aesthetic slimming effect as well). I like the results of both, but the area below my bottom lip/above my chin is still bothering me, and I feel like I'm starting to see my future jowls appear. I'm also interested in a botox lip flip. Would love any advice or thoughts!

this area is easily treated with fillers or sculptra to this area and then tightened with threads and morpheus. see an expert in female facial sculpting. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for sharing your photos and concerns.  You can consider a filler around the lower chin and jawline to hide the jowl and/or you can consider doing Kybella/Mesotherapy to melt some of the fat in the jowl which would help define the jawline.  For the lip flip it is not possible to determine this based upon the photos, though you could use some filler in the lip and right above the border of the upper lip on the left side to improve the balance and symmetry of the lips.
