Can you have an open roof deformity without having rhinoplasty done? I never had a nose procedure done in my life, yet I think I have an open roof deformity / dent which I think gets worse while aging. I'm now 35 years old and I feel like it looks worse in time. Is it called an open roof deformity if you never ever had rhinoplasty done? And how to correct this? Fillers an option?
