Can I get a lip filler and then a cheek filler only two days apart?

Question

I have an appointment for lip filler on Tuesday with a cosmetic doctor. I then have an appointment on Thursday with a cosmetic nurse at another clinic for cheek filler and maybe some botox in my chin. Is this ok? Or should I wait two weeks between appointments? Thank you!

I don’t see a problem with spacing the treatments two days apart, unless you experience significant swelling in your lips that could affect how much filler you get in your cheeks. In this case, you might want to let the swelling go down a bit to ensure the correct dosing for your cheek filler. You can also have these treatments during the same treatment session to avoid an extra trip to the doctor. All of these injections should be administered by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who has extensive training in injectable procedures to ensure an optimal outcome.

Your lips will swell for a few days after the injection and make influence how much filler is used at the second appointment. It would be better to either wait a few weeks before appointments or get it all done at the same time.

why in the world would you go to two different providers? you should trust one to fully assess your face and do a great job for full facial sculpting, you can do all them on the same day and then you know that one one affect the other.  different locations put you at more risk for issues -- infection, asymmetries ect.    combine fillers with LED therapy to limit swelling and bruising. It depends on which areas are being treated, but in the case of treating the lips with filler and then the cheeks, there is no problem in it being only 2 days apart. More importantly is who is providing such treatments. Best to speak with a physician experienced and highly trained in such procedures such as a dermatologist to optimize natural results and safety.

Injection of filler in different areas should be ok if they are not spaced out in time. Just make sure you mention it to your practitioner beforehand.
