Upper eyelid and tear trough filler? I don't like how much of my eyelids show.

I don't like how much of my eyelids show. Would I benefit from filler in my upper eyelid? Would it help balance the asymmetry between my eyelids and brows as well? Also, does tear trough filler give the illusion of slightly smaller eyes? Would I benefit from tear trough filler? Note: I've been seen in person twice about the ptosis in my one eye and two different oculoplastic surgeons said it's too mild to treat surgically. It photographs more extreme than it is
