I'm 34, and I feel like the bottom half of my face is falling in slow motion. I recently got a botox "nefertiti lift" along my jawline, as well as masseter botox (primarily for teeth grinding, but I like the aesthetic slimming effect as well). I like the results of both, but the area below my bottom lip/above my chin is still bothering me, and I feel like I'm starting to see my future jowls appear. I'm also interested in a botox lip flip. Would love any advice or thoughts!
Answer: Skin tightening treatments address early signs of aging For the early signs of aging you are starting to see, I would recommend a nonsurgical skin tightening treatment like Ultherapy or Thermage. These devices heat the underlying tissue to boost collagen levels in the dermal structure. As collagen levels increase, the skin becomes smoother and firmer from the inside out. You might also benefit from a bit a filler along the jawline to reduce the sagging you are beginning to notice. Filler could also be used to augment the lips and turn up the corners of the mouth. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist who has had extensive training in nonsurgical anti-aging techniques. With an experienced doctor and a customized treatment plan, I believe you can achieve your cosmetic goals.

Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin at younger ages facetite and/or threads, morpheus every 2-3 months, and ultherapy/thermage once yearly help. (see link) most of my younger patients do buccal fat pad reduction, facetite/liposuction of the neck, and fillers to chin/cheeks/jawline/temples, to give them a more chiseled face. see my IG and links. at home derma-rolling should be started to Improve texture and tone and tightening along jawline (see link where we have a recommended daily skincare and weekly MTS + anteageMD derma-rolling protocol). For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined most of my younger patients consider... 5. deep microneelding RF like morpheus every 2-3 months forever to further improvement tightening 6. early face/neck lift if you want a really tight contour and the most extreme improvement in jawline and neck shaping 7. threads, PDO or Instalift, after neck surgery/facetite to further improve the outcomes and give them long term collagen production and shaping 8. Thermage (radio frequency heating) and Ultherapy (ultrasound muscle tightening) yearly to prevent sagging in the future See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Lower face Hello and thanks for your question. A face to face consult is always preferred however from what you have described filler used in the mid to lower face would be the best to lift and tighten. Along with this we would also use non surgical lifting devices such as Ultracel to re sculpt and define the jawline. Always seek a qualified and experience practitioner, best wishes

Answer: Botox/filler Unfortunately, you face is going to continue to "fall". At this point, doing some things for camouflage may be your best bet. A bit of lip filler and then some filler to support the corners of the mouth (to raise the corners) will draw the eyes away from the lowest point on your face. You could also do botox in the DAO (depressor anguli oris) which also helps to raise the corner of the mouth.

Answer: About facial proportions I believe you lower portion of the face is too narrow for the middle and the upper portion of the rest of the face. If anything I would create more volume in the lower portion of the face to balance everything out and this would also correct the appearing jowls. This can be done with fillers as well as your own fat. In my hands fat grafting provides natural and permanent results that the patient desires to see. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
