A Non-surgical nose job can improve the balance of your face and the appearance of your nose in subtle ways, but it is difficult to determine whether you would be a good candidate without seeing your nose from all angles. Generally, refinement to the nose tip in this manner is achieved through a tip refinement and involves surgery.

Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox would be able to lift the nose tip, but it wouldn't make it smaller. Surgery would be needed to change nostrils or shape. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over desired results. Best, Dr. Emer
