If you are looking to achieve narrowing of your nasal tip, the best approach would be rhinoplasty surgery. If you do not have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, it may be best to just leave it alone. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Your photo isn't very detailed so I would recommend a consultation to discuss your needs. A Non-surgical nose job can improve the balance of your face and the appearance of your nose in subtle ways, but it is difficult to determine whether you would be a good candidate without seeing your nose from all angles. Generally, refinement to the nose tip in this manner is achieved through a tip refinement and involves surgery.

Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox would be able to lift the nose tip, but it wouldn't make it smaller. Surgery would be needed to change nostrils or shape. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over desired results. Best, Dr. Emer
