Are fillers a good option to rectify my nose tip? (Photos)

Just before the end of my nose (about 2/3 down) the angle of my nose changes to point down. I always wanted a 'cute' nose and I don't think mine is. I wondered if fillers would achieve the look I want? I'm a bit worried about a surgical nose tip lift because my skin is very thin and I've been told before that this might be a complication. And, I'm nervous that fillers will make my nose look bulbous. In addition, would it be beneficial to balance out a new nose tip with fillers in the chin?

Answer: You appear to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery, not a non surgical nose job.
