Just before the end of my nose (about 2/3 down) the angle of my nose changes to point down. I always wanted a 'cute' nose and I don't think mine is. I wondered if fillers would achieve the look I want? I'm a bit worried about a surgical nose tip lift because my skin is very thin and I've been told before that this might be a complication. And, I'm nervous that fillers will make my nose look bulbous. In addition, would it be beneficial to balance out a new nose tip with fillers in the chin?
Answer: You appear to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery, not a non surgical nose job. Based on your photos, you appear to have a slightly droopy nasal tip appearance, and the bridge, just above your tip, projects from your face a bit too far. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a tip lift, and a less distracting, and more feminine nasal profile appearance. Adding fillers would only lead to a larger nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely Dr Joseph

Answer: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Hi there, Looking at the pictures, you would have a great result from non-surgical nose reshaping. In this instance, just a small injection under the nasal septum to tilt the nasal tip upwards. This has no impact on the nose volume or shape / and is only one injection point. Secondly, I think you are quite right in suggesting some chin filler. Projecting the chin down/forwards would help improve proportions. I hope this help! Best, Dr Rupert

Answer: Nasal filler Great question, and thank you for your pictures. It is certainly possible to create the illusion of rotation with nasal fillers. A bit of filler along the supra-tip area feathered into the nasal dorsum and highlighting the domes along the lower lateral cartilages will prevent your nose from looking too bulbous. You would need a very small amount of filler to create these changes - you certainly could use the rest on your chin to help improve the balance of the profile. I suggest you go to someone who is experienced with liquid rhinoplasty. Its a great 5 minute procedure. Best of luck!

Answer: Non surgical rhinoplasty Non surgical rhinoplasty can augment the dorsum and lengthen the tip a little bit to hide the downward direction of the tip. It will not make your nose small but it creates the illusion. If you want a cute 'nose' that is small, surgery may be a better option. Thin skin shows everything underneath it but it is by no means a contraindication to surgery. You can try fillers first to see if you like it. Best Wishes

Answer: An option Obviously there is only so much shape changing that fillers can do but i think a little bit of blue in the supra tip area for you might actually do the trick. Certainly only a small volume will be needed and the effects are completely reversible so compared to the surgical option I think its worth a try. Hope that helps. Adam Goodwin
