I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) could be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Your photos appear to show asymmetrical nostril margins with notching, that could be a result of previous surgery, or congenital. Id our experience, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for lowering nostril margins, and for raising a bridge appearance, for a less distracting nasal appearance. Thank you for your photos. You can definitely build a stronger bridge with fillers. By also strategically and safely injecting an area of the tip, you can more definition and more symmetric nostrils as well. It is best to have an in-office examination to determine which areas will benefit from added volume and structure to give you a well-balanced and beautiful nose. Hope this helps,Johnson C. the definitive treatment for your nose which is deficient both in nasal tip projection as well as nasal dorsum height is an open rhinoplasty with rib graft. The good news is that we can now use an organ donated rib graft for this purpose which allows you to avoid having to use yours. Please note that since your deficiency is so severe, I would avoid using a filler as although it will make it slighlty better, you are going to then complicate your surgery as it will create scar tissue that will make estimating your graft size more difficult for the surgeon.
