I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) could be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your photos. You can definitely build a stronger bridge with fillers. By also strategically and safely injecting an area of the tip, you can more definition and more symmetric nostrils as well. won't do much. Your issues are far greater than the relatively minor changes that fillers can make.  You won't be able to correct the nostrils and the tip and dorsum of the nose need much more than fillers can provide.
